CondoManagement Magazine is a bi-monthly condominium/homeowner association management magazine covering California, Florida and New England. Our current circulation is 10,000.
The goal of this publication is to teach community association board members and managers the basic concepts of association management. We stress the importance of effective communication between the board of directors that have an awesome fiduciary responsibility with their professional managers and vendors such as community association lawyers, insurance professionals, accountants and others who deal directly with community associations. We explain how to measure value, not just low price. Remember – governance is the key.
EDITORIAL CONTENT
In each issue, we publish several feature articles covering a variety of areas of concern to association managers and board members, including communication, construction, finances, landscaping, legal, maintenance, management, pool care, pest control, roofing, security, etc. There are also regular columns exploring topics like condominium law and management.
