CondoManagement Magazine is the nation's largest monthly condominium management magazine with a monthly edition covering California, Florida and New England. Our current circulation is 10,000.
The goal of this publication is to teach community association board members and managers the basic concepts of association management. We stress the importance of effective communication between the board of directors that have an awesome fiduciary responsibility with their professional managers and vendors such as community association lawyers, insurance professionals, accountants and others who deal directly with community associations. We explain how to measure value, not just low price. Remember - governance is the key.
EDITORIAL CONTENT Each month, we publish several feature articles covering a variety of areas of concern to association managers, including communication, construction, finances, landscaping, law, maintenance, management, pool care, pest control, roofing, security, etc.
There are also regular columns exploring topics like condominium law, communication and environmental issues. We regularly publish one or more Forum columns where several professionals from the industry we are focusing on that month answer questions with their varying opinions.
Each month, we survey major industries involved in condominium management. In these survey issues, we publish short profiles and statistics on those companies that work with condominium associations. Our 12 major survey issues are:
